Shipping policy

After receiving your order, items will be shipped within 5 days. Please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order. 

Orders will be shipped to the address you submit when placing your order.

Shipping Address Confirmation: It is extremely important you provide an accurate shipping address during the order placement process to avoid any delivery issues.

 Due to the diversity of products and destinations we contact website customers if the shipping cost is higher than that indicated upon check-out through our online store. You are not obliged to accept a higher price and will be offered a full refund for the goods ordered and the shipping cost in such a case.

You can obtain an estimated shipping cost during the online checkout process PRIOR to making payment, simply add the product/s to your cart and go to the checkout page and click on CALCULATE SHIPPING or email your suburb, postcode and the items you wish to purchase to info@fabart.com.au and we will work it out for you.

Fab Art often engages various courier companies or private contractors to deliver your purchases. We will provide tracking details once your item has been booked for delivery.

Courier companies and their delivery team vary and so can delivery times, as unforeseen circumstances may cause a delivery delay. The carrier will, in most cases try and call you, if there is a delay.

International shipping

We ship our unframed prints worldwide but unfortunately; we do not ship framed items outside of Australia. Please contact us at info@fabart.com.au with your order and location, and we will quote you and process manually.
