RETURNS

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our frames are all custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

REFUNDS

We do our best to satisfy our customers and ensure that their orders are delivered to them safely. However, from time-to-time products do get damaged in transit. If this is the case, please contact us at info@fabart.com.au as soon as possible.     

When returning the order, please ensure it is repackaged suitably to prevent further damage. We will notify you via email once your return has been received. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

EXCHANGES

Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. Most of our items are unique or one of; If you need to exchange the product, please email us at info@fabart.com.au

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is given, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times for your exchanged product will vary depending on your location.

If shipping at item over $75, please consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
